HI Forget-me-not Journey Support Group: Tea and Cake, June 2022

Histon Manor was delighted to welcome HI Forget-me-not Journey Support Group for afternoon tea and cake on the 28th June, 2022. It was great afternoon with lots of laughter, friendship and chat. Do come back again soon as we so enjoyed the afternoon. Our thanks goes to the wonderful Maxine for helping on the day, my mum who provided some wonderful cakes and to Jan Payne, the local Dementia Friendly Community Project Leader, for organising it.
